• I reserve the right to refuse work based on its content, subject matter or for any other reason.
• By commissioning me, the client confirms that they are over 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
General Guidelines
• Please provide reference description and images when contacting me!
• Each piece should take around 5 to 6 weeks to finish, depending on complexity and other works in the queue. Work with deadlines is not encouraged, but can be negotiated.
• You can request updates on the work in progress (WIP) at any time during the process, and I will also provide these voluntarily. Small revisions during this process are permitted, but they may affect progress and waiting times and incur additional fees, depending on their complexity and frequency. If you wish to make major corrections or edits after the commission is finished, additional payment will be required.
Payment
• Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD) only. An invoice will be sent to your email address as soon as I am ready to start working on your commission, and work will begin as soon as the invoice has been paid.
• Refunds will not be given unless I am unable to complete your commission for some reason. No partial refunds will be given if the order is cancelled halfway through the process.
Usage Rights
• The commissioned artwork will be delivered digitally via e-mail, Google Drive, or similar platforms as soon as it is finished.
• The finished illustration is for your personal use only. Do not repost it as if you created it, or use it for anything related to AI, Crypto and/or NFT technologies. If you wish to use the illustration for commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss additional fees.
• The commissioned artwork can be posted in my online portfolio (Pixiv, X, etc.), without disclosing the client's details, unless made private by paying a fee.
